Pin wheel wraps

We seem to fall into the trap of just having bread for sandwiches, but there is whole aisle full of alternatives to explore in the world of easy to make lunches.

This is a simple recipe that can be adapted in so many ways. Make sure you get wholewheat wraps to up the nutritional content and boost your health, but they can be gluten free too if you need them to be.

This uses cream cheese, don't be put off by the red traffic light on the front of the packet. Dairy gives us lots of benefits and if the rest of your diet is relatively healthy a bit of full fat dairy will do you the world of good.
